OFFICE : ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY PROVINCIAL OFFICE, TESDA REGION IX
SALARY : SG-22 (PhP 65,319.00)           PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
20 % - Assists the Provincial Director in managing the operations of the Provincial Office;
20 % - Administers the implementation of programs/projects;
10 % - Recommends to the Provincial Director systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation;
10 % - Strengthens and improves the research technology development of the province;
10 % - Maintains public relations with the community, industry, and government and non-government organizations;
10 % - Provides non-formal extension of the programs;
10 % - Coordinates the preparation of periodic reports; and
10 % - Performs related work and other assigned tasks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education:  Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience:  3 years of relevant experience
Training:  16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven ability in analytical and creative thinking
• With high level of interpersonal skills enabling effective communication with diverse group of people
• With customer focus
• With highly effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Good computing skills including the use of database software, email, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
• Knowledgeable in project development and management
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics

  • Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
  • Work Experience Sheet attachment to the PDS;
  • Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies OR Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants;
  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January-June 2019 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to July 2019 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
  • Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
  • Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
  • Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
