OFFICE : PROVINCIAL TRAINING CENTER - ILOCOS NORTE, TESDA REGION I
SALARY : SG-19 (PhP 46,791.00) PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
15 % - Responsible for the implementation of programs/projects and other related activities;
10 % - Develops procedures and techniques in addressing industry/TVET needs;
10 % - Establishes close linkages with industry and other partners;
5 % - Facilitates evaluation and monitorig of programs/projects and services including trainees' progress and development;
10 % - Povides technical and instructional services to technical-vocational institutions and other partners;
5 % - Provides inputs to operations in the training center;
5 % - Conducts independent researches and studies;
5 % - Reviews and participates in the work of lower level specialists;
10 % - Consolidates data and other periodic reports with quality and efficiency;
5 % - Assists in the development of procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs in the formulation of educational/training programs relevant to his subject field;
10 % - Coordinates the implementation of programs/projects and services; and
10 % - Performs other related functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Preferably a graduate of Engineering course (Civil, Electronics, Mechanical, Agriculture) or Industrial Education
• Preferably a holder of NC II in EPAS, Machining, Carpentry, Masonry, HEO, RMO
• NTTC holder in any of the priority sectors (agriculture, construction, metals and engineering, electronics, electrical)
• With knowledge/experience in planning, programs/projects management and development research
• With analytical and creative thinking
• Assertive and can work under pressure (willing to work overtime/extend extra services)
• Computer literate
• English proficient (oral and written)
• Adheres to professional work ethics

 

All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than May 22, 2020:

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Work Experience Sheet attachment to the PDS;
• Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies OR Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to July 2019 and July to December 2019 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Potential Assessment Forms (2nd Level) to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
