OFFICE : ACCOUNTING DIVISION, FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT SERVICE, TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY : SG-22 (PhP 66,867.00) PERA: P2,000.00
 
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
20 % - Assists in formulating technical advices needed by the management and other units on accounting matters;
20 % - Reviews the application of accounting and auditing rules and regulations in all financial transactions;
15 % - Coordinates with other offices and agencies on accounting matters;
20 % - Prepares/Reviews documents on accounting matters;
15 % - Recommends systems and procedures on accounting matters; and
10 % - Performs other related functions as may be assigned.
 
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Business Administration, major in Accounting/Accountancy
Experience:  3 years of relevant experience
Training:  16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Certified Public Accountant)
 
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Work Experience Sheet attachment to the PDS;
• Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies OR Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to July 2019 and July to December 2019 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
