OFFICE: MANAGEMENT DIVISION (MD), FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT SERVICE(FMS), TESDA-CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-24 Php83,406.00 PERA: P2,000.00 RATA: P10,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 15% Formulates and/or review and finalizes recommendations on TESDA QMS policies, systems, and guidelines for approval of higher authorities;
• 30% Oversees the conduct of QMS programs/activities/projects (PAPs), e.g. internal and external audit, SDP, management review, etc;
• 10% Directs, supervises and coordinates the general operations and other activities of the division;
• 10% Facilitates planning, monitoring and evaluation of the Division’s targets and performance according to agreed indicators and measures;
• 10% Coordinates with internal and external customers on matters related to QMS and the Division’s operations;
• 15% Provides technical services to identified customer on QMS PAPs;
• 5% Develops and proposes communication plans and strategies in promoting QMS across TESDA operating units for approval of higher authorities; and
• 5% Performs other related functions as may be assigned
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Master’s degree
Experience: 4 years of supervisory/management experience
Training: 40 hours of training in management and supervision
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• List of supervisory/managerial and other training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018, January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to June 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; two (2) Peers and two (2) Subordinates;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down together with the office order of designation;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC, CES or CSEE (if any).
