POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V

OFFICE: CAGAYAN PROVINCIAL OFFICE, TESDA REGION II
SALARY: SG-18 (PhP 40,637.00) PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
30% - Coordinates the administrative programs and personnel management services of the Provincial Office;
20% - Performs personnel management function of the office;
10% - Prepares guidelines for the implementation of programs and services of the Provincial Office;
15% - Monitors and evaluates programs and services implemented by the office;
15% - Performs budgeting/cashiering finctions of the office; and
10% - Performs other related functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Adept and with training on CSC rules and policies, specifically on ORA OHRA and Leave Administration, personnel management and its subsystems
• Working knowledge and training and budget preparation, budgeting process and financial management
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet)
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude
 
All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than December 13, 2019:
 
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Work Experience Sheet attachment to the PDS;
• Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies OR Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January-June 2019 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to July 2019 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
• Superior
• Peers
• Subordinates (if applicable)
• Clients (if applicable)
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
