OFFICE: LEGAL DIVISION, OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL, TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-21 (PhP 57,805.00) PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
25% - Prepares legal studies on queries propounded by various offices;
20% - Conducts investigation of and evaluates administrative cases upon instruction from superior;
15% - Attends hearings and recommends decisions on administrative cases;
15% - Undertakes the interpretations of laws, orders, rules and regulations including legal documents;
15% - Reviews contracts, legal forms and other related documents and recommends its approval; and
10% - Performs other related functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor of Laws
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Bar Passer)
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Good in oral and written communications
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics
• Can work under pressure
 
All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than December 13, 2019:
 
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Work Experience Sheet attachment to the PDS;
• Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies OR Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January-June 2019 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to July 2019 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
• Superior
• Peers
• Subordinates (if applicable)
• Clients (if applicable)
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
