SALARY: SG-23 Php73,811.00 PERA: P2,000.00 RATA:
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 20% Prepares institutional development plans;
• 20% Manages and implements plans, programs, projects and services;
• 5% Develops and implements income generating projects;
• 5% Develops and implements facilities and equipment maintenance systems;
• 10% Initiates social marketing, advocacy and networking;
• 10% Facilitates the provision of consultancy, technical assistance to partners and clients;
• 10% Develops human resource complement;
• 10% Facilitates the monitoring and evaluation of programs, projects and services; and
• 10% Ensures proper management of funds
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Good in written and oral communications: Excellent in Technical Writing Skills; Good in Networking and Linkaging
• Possesses positive work attitude and wise time management
• Excellent interpersonal relations
• Proficiency in the use of Computer Software (Word Processing, Worksheet, Powerpoint)

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with Work Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of supervisory/managerial and other training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018, January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to June 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and two (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down together with the office order of designation;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC, CES or CSEE (if any).
