SALARY: SG-16 Php33,584.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 15% Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposals and research studies;
• 15% Provides technical/instructional services to agency beneficiaries;
• 15% Encodes and consolidates data, IT requirements and other periodic reports;
• 15% Prepares Office presentations and other reports in PowerPoint/Photoshop;
• 15%Assists in the development of procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs and the formulation of education/training programs for his subject field;
• 15% Implements quality standards and procedures; and
• 10% Performs other related functions
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Preferably with experience in research and development;
• Background in learning materials (printed and e-learning) development is an advantage;
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
• Pays attention to details;
• Instinctive, creative, analytical and thorough;
• Diligent, dependable, enthusiastic and highly self-motivated;
• Proficient in computer; and;
• Physically and emotionally healthy.

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with Work Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2019 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
