OFFICE: CURRICULUM AND TRAINING AIDS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (CTADD), GREEN TECHNOLOGY CENTER (GTC), NITESD, TESDA-CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-16 Php33,584.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
Performs tasks as Training Specialist or Learning Resource Center (LRC) Coordinator/ Developer such as;
• 40% Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposals and research studies;
   • Assist in the development and conduct of training programs; 
   • Provides technical support and services on TESD programs;
   • Provides information regarding green programs and services of the Center to stakeholder,   ____as well as gathers relevant information from stakeholders for utilization by the Center; 
• 30% Coordinates with LGUs and other stakeholders in the provision of extension programs to    ____the communities;
   • Assists in providing technical/instructional services to agency beneficiaries;
   • Promotes programs and services;
   • Generates, organizes and analyzes data;
   • Consolidates data and prepares periodic reports;
• 30% Maintains the GTC’s Learning Resource Center and other facilities and coordinates its  ____activities to external and internal parties;
   • Maintains records and files; and
   • Performs other related functions as may be assigned 
        
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Preferably with experience in research and development;
• Background in learning materials (printed and e-learning) development is an advantage;
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;

• Proficient in computer; and;
• Physically and emotionally healthy.

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with Work Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2019 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
