OFFICE: TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DIVISION(TRDD), NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILL DEVELOPMENT (NITESD), TESDA-CENTRAL OFFICE  (NITESD)
SALARY: SG-16 Php 33,584.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 15% Prepare terms of reference, complete staff work, document summary slip and similar documents;
• 10% Serve as a presenter/resource speaker/facilitator to workshops, meetings and other similar occasion/activities
• 10% Assists in the development of programs related to training technology and delivery models;
• 10% Assists in the analysis/preparation of program/project proposals;
• 10% Assists in the development of procedures and technique in learning systems development and research activities;
• 10% Develops and packages advocacy materials;
• 10% Assists in the implementation of training technology and delivery models;
• 10% Prepares internal and external communications;
• 10% Documents program delivery; and,
• 5% Performs other functions as may be assigned.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 1 year of relevant of training 
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Knowledgeable and wih experience in technology research and development;
• Preferably experienced teacher/Trainer;
• Must be creative and innovative;
• Must be people-oriented and team player;
• Keen and attentive to details;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Good interpersonal relationship;
• Physically and emotionally healthy; and,
• Computer literate

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with experience sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to June 2018 and January to June 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address. Telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate (if applicable)
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
