OFFICE: PROVINCIAL OFFICE, TESDA-CAR 
SALARY: SG-18 Php40,637.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 25% Implement office policies, salary and leave administration, performance management systems, employee welfare programs and other personnel management programs in accordance with the quality procedures and CSC rules and regulations;
• 25% Conduct TNA and facilitate training and development programs;
• 20% Manage personnel records and files;
• 20% Prepare reports, minutes, resolutions and correspondence;
• 10% Perform other function maybe assigned from time to time 
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/2nd Level Eligibility

• All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than October 18 ,2019:
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with Work Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to June 2018 and January to June 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior or Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinates (if applicable)
• Client or Stakeholder;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
