OFFICE: TESDA Region IV-A (RTC-Batangas, PTC-Binangonan, PTC-Cainta, PTC-Paliparan, PTC-Rosario
SALARY: SG-13, Php24,224.00 PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• (20%) Conducts training in basic, common, and core competencies in Center-Based and Community-Based/Industry-Based programs;
• (15%) Prepares session plan, progress chart, and trainee evaluation;
• (15%) Develops competency-based learning materials/devices;
• (15%) Implements special training projects for specific clients;
• (15%) Conducts competency assessment;
• (10%) Keeps records, prepares and submits required reports; and
• (10%) Performs other related functions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Training: None required
Eligibility: Career Service Professional

SPECIAL QUALIFICATION:

• National Certificate II Holder 
• National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC) Holder
• Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing 
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics
• Can work under pressure

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records/Certificate of Employment;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for CY 2018 of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Photocopy of National Certificate (NC) II; 
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
