OFFICE: ELECTRONIC TESDA (eTESDA)-NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT-CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-19 Php45,269.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• (20%) Conduct research for and in the development of TESDA Online Program;
• (15%) Coordinates and sustain network and linkages with partners, clients and staff;
• (15%) Leads and prepares online learning materials;
• (15%) Leads/assists in the development and implementation of online training programs;
• (10%) Assists in the formulation, review and improvement of policies relevant to eLearning or online teaching and learning;
• (10%) Develop communication and advocacy strategies for the TESDA Online Program;
• (10%) Prepare documentation, periodic reports, communications, technical and other research related data, and
• (5%) Performs other related functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Preferably holder of NC II, TM I and NTTC
• Preferably knowledgeable in research, promotion/advocacy and product development 
• Must be creative and innovative
• Must be people-oriented and a team player
• Keen and attentive to details and thorough

• Good interpersonal relationship
• Physically and emotionally healthy
• Computer Literate

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017) with Work Experience Sheet;
• Service Records/Certificate of Employment duly signed by authorized official;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address. Telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate (if applicable)
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
