OFFICE: LEON GANZON POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE (LGPC), TESDA-REGION VI
SALARY: SG-18 Php40,637.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• Supervises accurate recording of data in students’ records;
• Signs requests for records of new/transferring students;
• Oversees the creation, updating, maintenance and disposition of academic records of students;
• Assists in the revision of various curricula, brochure, catalogue, school calendar and other requirements;
• Attends to correspondence and ensure prompt compliance with request for records;
• Coordinates preparation for graduation;
• Issues certifications, grades, transfer credentials, clearances and diplomas and assumes responsibility for documents released by the office;
• Verifies and authenticates documents released by the office; and,
• Performs other duties and responsibilities requested from time to time.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Must be computer literate preferably MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good command of oral and written communication

All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than February 19, 2019:
 
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates(2014-25018);
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to June 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate (if applicable)
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
