OFFICE: PUBLIC INFORMATION DIVISION-ODG-TESDA-CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-22 Php65,319.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• Assists in the implementation of the agency’s communication programs;
• Assists in the supervision of preparing yearly TESDA Communication Plan;
• Assists in the supervision of preparing, blasting and monitoring of Press Release;
• Assists in the supervision in submitting monthly monitoring report covering the monthly news releases, good news, briefings and press conference facilitated and radio/TV guesting and interviews; 
• Assists in the supervision of facilitating press briefings/conferences and media coverage;
• Assists in the supervision in coordinating radio/TV guesting and interviews of TESDA officials;
• Assists in the supervision in the participation of TESDA to exhibits and fairs;
• Assists in the supervision in the development/production of promotional materials including advertorials and video documentaries;
• Assists in the supervision in the development, printing and distribution of TESDA flyers, newsletters and other advocacy materials of TESDA;
• Assists in the supervision in the facilitating of requests from other offices for messages, speeches, design, interview guide and lay-out;
• Assists in the supervision in the network of regional and provincial TESDA information offices;
• Assists in the supervision in managing and updating of TESDA Facebook account and other social media accounts of the agency;
• Performs other related functions as may be assigned.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s degree related to the job
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience 
Training: 16 hours of relevant training 
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates (2014-2018);
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; two (2) Peers and two (2) Subordinates;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
