OFFICE: PUBLIC INFORMATION DIVISION-ODG-TESDA-CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-18 Php40,637.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• Manages and administers official social accounts of the agency including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube;
• Prepares the yearly TESDA communication plan;
• Develops concepts on a more targeted and client-specific promotion and advocacy strategies and campaigns;
• Prepares messages, speeches, interview guides, and feature write-ups;
• Conceptualizes and creates content for information materials such as newsletter, flyers, and brochures;
• Conceptualizes and creates content for advertorials and video documentaries;
• Facilitates the implementation of communication programs;
• Facilitates the production of information, education and communication (IEC) materials;
• Establishes and maintains media relations/partnerships of the agency;
• Prepares, disseminates and monitors news/press releases and feature articles;
• Facilitates press briefings/conferences and media coverage;
• Facilitates/coordinates radio/TV guesting and interviews of TESDA officials 
• Facilitates participation of the agency to exhibit and fairs;
• Establishes and maintains network of regional and provincial TESDA information officers;
• Performs other such functions as may be assigned.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s degree related to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience 
Training: 8 hours of relevant training 
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates (2014-2018);
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Form to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
