POSITION: Supervising TESD Specialist

OFFICE: SCHOLARSHIP MANAGEMENT DIVISION-ODDG-TESDO-TESDA-CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-22 Php65,319.00 PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Assists in the supervision of the implementation of plans, strategies, systems and procedures of scholarship programs;
• Supervises and administers the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the scholarship programs, and special programs/projects;
• Maintains public relations with the stakeholders and clients of the scholarship programs;
• Maintains the information of scholarship beneficiaries and ensures that scholarship applicants are catered;
• Supervises the preparation of periodic reports 
• Supervises the preparation of Program/Project Proposals; and,
• Performs related work and other assigned tasks.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor’s degree related to the job
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience 
Training: 16 hours of relevant training 
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• With experience in handling scholarship program
• Knowledgeable in project development and management
• Good communication skills (oral and written) 
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude 
• Good moral character and work ethics
• With highly effective organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• With high level of interpersonal skills enabling effective communication skills with diverse group of people, with a customer focus.

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates (2014-2018);
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2018 and July to December 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
