OFFICE: CURRICULUM AND TRAINING AIDS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (CTADD), NITESD, TESDA-CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-19 Php45,269.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• Develops programs related to curriculum and learning materials development and training technology and delivery models, and career guidance;
• Evaluates and/or packages learning/training materials and curriculum;
• Facilitates training, learning sessions and events and prepares documentation reports relative to curriculum and learning materials;
• Conducts researches and studies;
• Prepares, analyzes and evaluates researches and program/project proposals;
• Collaborates with agencies, organization related to curriculum and learning materials and prepares/submit required report;
• Develops and packages advocacy materials for the division’s programs and services;
• Process, maintain and analyze data related to curriculum and learning materials;
• Performs other functions as may be assigned.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Holder of NTTC Level 1 (at least National Certificate Level 1 in Agriculture, Automotive, Electronics or Electrical and Trainers Methodology Certificate Level 1);
• Preferably knowledgeable in research, promotion/advocacy and product development;
• Must be computer proficient;
• Must be creative and innovative;
• Must be people-oriented and a team player;
• Very good in oral and written communication;
• Possess good moral character and work ethics;
• Must be hardworking, patient, and diligent; and
• Physically and emotionally healthy.
 
CORE COMPETENCIES:

•Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
•Service Records;
•List of supervisory/managerial and other training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates undertaken within the last 5 years(2014-2018);
•Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to June 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
•For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
•Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; two (2) Peers and two (2) Subordinates;
•Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
•List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
•Superior/Supervisor
•Peer
•Subordinate
•Client/Stakeholder;
•Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
•Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/ supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
•Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
•Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
