A virtual ceremonial signing was held last June 3, 2021 to formalize the agreement between TESDA, represented by Secretary Isidro S. Lapeña and the Davao City Chamber of Commerce Industry, Inc. (DCCCII) through its President, Dr. Maria Lourdes G. Monteverde.
Last June 2, 2021, TESDA Secretary Isidro S. Lapeña attended the opening and the blessing of the facility of The League of Data Privacy and Cyber-Security Advocates of the Philippines (LEADCAP) located at the TESDA Building 7, Taguig City. This was made possible through the partnership between the agency and LEADCAP.
This partnership aims to develop, implement, and generate the responsible handling and safeguarding of data by ensuring TESDA’s compliance with the Data Privacy Law.
Deputy Director General Lina Sarmiento, Dr. Mike Miguel Aragon Chairman of LEADCAP and Mr. Andy Vital was also present during the event.
TESDA Secretary Sid Lapeña officially inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), represented by its President, Ambassador Benedicto Yujuico and Alay Buhay Development Foundation through its Chairman and President, Mr. Anton Sayo last June 2, 2021.

May 28, 2021: TESDA National Capital Region formally launched its Regional Office CCTV Command Unit. This project aims to ensure the integrity and quality of the assessment for our kababayans.
Also, the Pasay-Makati District Training and Assessment Center (PMDTAC) unveiled its symbolic marker on their building. It is a training and assessment center situated at the TESDA Complex, Taguig City that provides a quality-assured TESDA programs.
