"In our series of meetings we've had since last year, the GSIS has never said no to anything we've requested from them," he said.

GSIS President and General Manager Rolando Macasaet, during the signing said that he is glad that they are able to help TESDA.
"I wish to say that GSIS is always willing to support TESDA. For example, yan pong Toyota Revo, magagamit niyo po ito para sa 'automotive'; yung computers, pwedeng gamitin yan for your 'computer repair' courses," Macasaet added.
Lapeña added that the donations of GSIS came in time as the country continues to fight the spread of COVID-19.
"TESDA has been working very hard to intensify our programs and services to help our countrymen face challenges brought by the pandemic. This will surely aid our TESDAns on the ground to immediately reach our kababayan and deliver training in the communities," he noted.
He also assured the officials of GSIS that all the support and donations it has provided TESDA will be well taken care of. ###
