SALARY: SG-16 (Php36,628.00) PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% - Conducts Training in Basic, Common and Core Competencies in Center-Based /Community-Based and Industry-Based Programs. 15% - Prepares session plan, progress chart, and trainee evaluation 15% - Develops Competency-Based Learning Materials/Devices 15% - Implements Special training projects for special clients 15% - Conducts Competency Assessment 10% - Keeps records, prepares and submit required reports 10% - Performs other related functions


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor Degree relevant to the job Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

•Good in oral and written communication skills •Has good interpersonal relationship and work attitude •Can work under pressure with or without supervision •National Certificate II Holder, preferably on Driving and Electrical qualification •NTTC Holder

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);

• Service Records;

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for January to December 2020 for outside applicants; or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2020 and January to June 2021 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;

• List of references for with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period

  covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);

• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
