SALARY: SG-19 (Php 48,313.00) PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

10% - Develop plan, strategies, policies and guidelines, standards and procedures in the implementation of scholarship program 10% - Develops and introduces measures, systems and structures for efficient and effective implementation of scholarship programs and develops and handles special programs and projects; 10% - Plans and proposes the national and sectoral-regional allocation of scholarship programs and targetting of clients, 10% - Coordinates scholarship applicants to operating units, and provides technical support in all scholarship programs and activities, mobilizes resources and conducts field visits with the operating units; 10% - Drafts/Prepares Memorandum of Agreements/Understanding on Partnerships; 10% - Prepares Budget Proposal, Work and Financial Plan, and Periodic Reports of the Division; 10% - Conducts researches, assessment and analysis on the effectiveness and efficiency of plans and programs scholarship; 10% - Attends meetings/for a/conference with other government offices, partner private industries, and other TESDA stakeholders; 10% - Plans and proposes strategic partnerships with TESDA stakeholders and clients; and 10% - Prepares communications, reports, minutes of meetings and other technical reports.

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

•Knowledge in government finance •Exceptional skills in written and oral communication •Working knowledge on MS Office Applications •Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude •Good moral character and work ethics

  • For government employees only: a copy of previous appointment;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable);
