30% - In-charge of the day-to-day operation and management of the Cash Section, General Services Division; 15% - Involves in the preparation of all checks/LDDAP for payment, reconciliation of bank and book cash records, ensure availability of cash, collection and deposit of all revenues, handling of fund transfers to the Regional and Provincial Offices and administration of the payroll and cash advances; 15% - Takes care of the preparation of all Treasury accountability reports, maintenance of all records and ledgers to make sure all cash handled by the Section are properly accounted for including timely remittance to the proper agencies the records of deductions; 5% - Authorizes the disbursement of salaries, allowances and other cash benefits as applicable; 5% - Ensures that the section maintains records of fees and collections; 5% - Manages cash advises within the area of coverage; 10% - Coordinates related functions of the section with other operating units in the COROPOTI and fiscal agencies; 5% - Prepares report on check disbursements, collections and deposits; 5% - Drafts letter, memoranda and other related communication documents; and 5% - Performs related functions as maybe authorized.
