POSITION: VOCATIONAL SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR III (RE-OPEN)

SALARY: SG-24 Php83,406.00 PERA: P2,000.00 RATA: P10,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• 10% Formulates, executes, directs, organizes, and administers school policies; • 10% Administers the technical vocational training programs in accordance with TESDA regulations; • 10% Directs the preparation and execution of plans, improvements and/or revision of school policies; • 10% Recommends appointment, promotion, transfer, separation, and retirement of instructors and other school personnel under his/her jurisdiction; • 10% Prepares annual budget proposals, reports on conditions and activities under his/her administrative supervisor; • 5% Plans and directs conferences, seminars, and in-service training activities; • 5% Maintains public relations with his/her community and makes industry and community contacts. Visits and suggests improvements of community extension projects in the surrounding areas of the school under his/her jurisdiction; • 5% Rates and evaluates performance of school personnel; • 5% Administers income generating projects; • 5% Checks compliance and implementation of curricular requirements, evaluates and recommends changes for work improvement; • 5% Resource Generation; and • 5% Performs other related functions as authorized

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education : Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC Experience : 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience Training : 32 hours of supervisory/management training Eligibility : Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Good in oral and written communications • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications • Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude • Good moral character and work ethics

  • CESPES Ratings for CY 2018 and CY 2019 or Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and 2019 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2019 and January to June 2020 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • For government employees only: a copy of previous appointment;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
    • Superior/Supervisor
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable);
  • Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • TESDA Order/Office Order/Certificate of Employment (for outside applicant) duly signed by the immediate and previous supervisor indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify date/month/year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities;
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates);
