20% - Conduct periodic study of current tools/trends in the planning and management of government programs and projects; 20% - Determine and analyze TVET concerns arising from current national and global economic, political and social conditions as input to policy discussions in the Planning Office; 15% - Develop program/project concepts/terms of reference and frameworks that will address or respond to issues and concerns based on outcome of research and surveys; 10% - Review and analyze key programs and projects to determine relevance, value and consistency to the overall thrust and mandate of the agency; 10% - Monitor and review the performance of operating units in terms of target set and accomplishments; 10% - Publish the Agency Annual Report, web posting, prepare advocacy materials of the conferences/workshops; 10% - Collaborate, network and coordinate with concerned stakeholders in government industry for TVET and other related activities; and 5% - Perform other functions as may be assigned.

- Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
- Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
- Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
- Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
