SALARY: SG-21 (PhP 60,901.00) PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

15% - Assist the Operating Unit Head in directing, supervising, and coordinating the operations and activities of the Unit; 15% - Recommend to the Operating Unit Head systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation; 30% - Plan and formulate policy strategies and guidelines on General Health and COVID-19 related programs of TESDA; 10% - Monitor and Evaluate the implemented General Health and COVID-19 related programs for the direct benefit of the employees; 5% - Prepare and submit periodic reports of accomplishments; 10% - Develop, Design, Implement, Evaluate, Monitor, and Report the delivery of General Health, COVID-19, and Mental Health programs; 10% - Establish, Maintain and Sustain Partnerships and Agreements with other agencies, hospitals and other health care providers; and 5% - Performs other related functions as maybe assigned.

  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 and 2020 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2020 and July to December 2020 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email address for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
