OFFICE: INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICE (IAS), OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL (ODG), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-18 (PhP 43,681.00) PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

15% - Under general supervision, drafts audit plans for review of immediate supervisor; 10% - Reviews internal audit plan; 10% - Discusses internal audit scope and objectives with affected agency personnel prior to conduct of audit; 10% - Performs difficult financial and/or operations auditing work; 10% - Reviews status report of audit being conducted; 10% - Drafts report on the results of audit completed; 10% - Discusses audit results with auditee/s before the draft of the report is finalized; 10% - Makes appropriate recommendations based on the results of the audit; 10% - Follows-up actions to determine if audit recommendations have been carried out or not and to inquire for the reasons of non-implementation; and 5% - Performs other related functions as maybe assigned.

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

  • Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet subscribed and sworn to (printed in legal size paper) with Work Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212 Revised 2017);
  • Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies OR Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants;
  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 and 2020 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2020 and July to December 2020 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
