OFFICE: SAN FRANCISCO INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (SFIST), TESDA REGION V
SALARY: SG-25 (PhP 98,886.00) PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

25% - Formulates, executes, directs, organizes and administers school policies; 20% - Administers the technical vocational training programs in accordance with TESDA regulations; 15% - Directs the preparation and execution and plans, improvements and/or revision of school policies; 5% - Recommends appointment, promotion, transfer, separation and retirement of instructors, and other personnel under his jurisdiction; 5% - Prepares annual budget proposals, reports on conditions and activities under his/her administrative supervision; 5% - Plans, directs, conferences, seminars, and in-service training activities; 5% - Maintains public relations with hi/her community and makes industry and community contacts. Visits and suggest improvements of community extension projects in the surrounding areas of the school under his/her jurisdiction; 5% - Rates and evaluates performance of school personnel; 5% - Administers Income Generating Projects; 5% - Checks compliance and implementation of circular requirements, evaluates and recommends changes for work improvement; 5% - Performs other related functions as authorized.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC Experience: 5 years of supervisory/management experience Training: 120 hours of supervisory/management training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

•Exceptional skills in written and oral communication •Working knowledge of MS Office Applications •A dedicated and hard-working individual with vast experience in fast-paced environment, with strong organizational, technical and interpersonal skills •Capable of making sound decisions in relation to short-, medium-, and long-term development of the Center

  • List of supervisory/managerial training programs training programs attended indicating the number of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 and 2020 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2020 and July to December 2020 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates)
