OFFICE: PUBLIC INFORMATION DIVISION (PID), OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR GENERAL FOR TESD OPERATIONS (ODDG-TESDO), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-11 (Php23,877.00) PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

5% - Updates official social accounts of the agency including Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube; 12% - Assists in the preparation of yearly TESDA communication plan; 9% - Assists in the preparation of messages, speeches, interview guides, and feature write ups; 9% - Assists in the preparation of content information materials such as newsletter, flyers and brochures; 9% - Assists in the preparation of content of advertorials and video documentaries; 6% - Implements communication program; 9% - Assists in the production of information, education and communication (IEC) materials; 3% - Maintains media relations/partnerships of the agency; 9% - Assists in the preparation, disseminations and monitoring of news/press releases and feature articles; 9% - Coordinates press/briefings/conferences and media coverage; 9% - Coordinates radio/TV guesting and interviews of TESDA officials; 9% - Coordinates participation of the agency to exhibits and fairs; and 2% - Performs other related functions as maybe assigned.

  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 and 2020 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2020 and July to December 2020 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • For government employees only: a copy of previous appointment;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email address for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable);
