POSITION: SUPERVISING ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

OFFICE: GENERAL SERVICES DIVISION (GSD), ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE (AS), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-22 (PhP 81,796.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

30 % - Assists the Chief Administrative Officer in directing and managing the overall operations of the Division covering facilities and asset management, transportation services, administrative support services, records management, cash management services, health services, logistics, and institutional events. 20 % - Assists in the planning, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of buildings and facilities, equipment, vehicles, and other physical assets, ensuring compliance with applicable government standards, safety regulations, and administrative requirements 30 % - Supervises the infrastructure, engineering, maintenance, safety, security, disaster preparedness, and business continuity programs to support organizational operations. 10 % - Ensures compliance with quality management systems, government regulations, administrative policies, and other statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the Division. 5 % - Assist in overseeing the preparation of technical and administrative requirements, terms of reference, and contract documents for GSD-related programs, projects, and activities 3 % - Coordinates the preparation of periodic reports; and 2 % - Performs other related functions as may be assigned.

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the Job Experience: 3 years of relevant experience Training: 16 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
