SALARY: SG-9 Php 24,329.00 PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

25% Provides administrative services related to the 4 systems of human reosurce (1. RSP, 2.L and D, 3. Performance Management, 4. Rewards and Recognitions) 25% Maintain and improve the filing and documentation system of the office 20% Prepares presentation materials, reports and other related matters in administrative services 10% Disseminate information to all concerned personnel 10% Act as secretariat to various committees in the Region 5% Performs required housekeeping and 5 s in the office 5% Performs other functions may be required.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Completion of 2 years of studies in college (prior to 2018), OR High school graduate with relevant vocational/trade course (prior to 2018), OR Completion of Grade 12/Senior High School under Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Track, OR Completion of Grade 10/Junior High School with relevant vocational/trade course (TESDA NC II) (starting 2018) Experience: 1 Year of relevant experience Training: 4 Hours of relevant training Eligibility: Relevant MC 11 s 1996 Career Service (Sub Professional / First Level Eligibility)

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledgeable in Recruitment Selection Process in the government, Knowledgeable in computer operations Good in oral and written communications / Technical writing Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude Good moral character and work ethics Can work under pressure

  photocopies of training certificates;

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings in the last rating period (if applicable); or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

  number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility.
