THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% Monitor and update the financial status of scholarship programs, including obligations, disbursements, reverted funds, and funds for reversion, and prepare and submit accurate financial accomplishment reports as required. 20% Record, update, and reconcile financial transactions in the appropriate ledgers and books of accounts to ensure accurate, complete, and timely accounting records for all funds in accordance with government accounting standards and regulations. 20% Processing and pre-audit of Disbursement Vouchers and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable accounting, auditing, and government regulations prior to payment processing. 15% Prepare, consolidate, and submit required financial reports to the Regional Office, Central Office, and the Commission on Audit in compliance with prescribed reporting standards and deadlines.; 15% Monitor, evaluate, and prepare timely responses to Audit Observation Memoranda (AOM), Notices of Suspension (NS), and Notices of Disallowance (ND); 10% Performs other functions.

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified

  photocopies of training certificates;

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings in the last rating period (if applicable); or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

  number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility.
