SALARY: SG-19 Php 59,153.00 PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% Facilitates and delivers competency-based training; 10% Prepares session plan, progress chart and trainee evaluation; 10% Develops competency-based learning materials/devices; 10% Conducts studies and research on special phases of instruction to improve methods of instructions; 10% Prepares and administers tests to evaluate instructions; 10% Provides guidance and support to trainees and graduates; 5% Maintenance of tools, equipment and facilities used in the training program; 20% Conducts competency assessment; 5% Performs other functions as may be required.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelors degree relevant to the job Experience: 2 Year of relevant experience Training: 8 Hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferably holder of higher NTTC related to Welding / Automotive Preferably with at least two (2) industry related to NTTC Planning Skills Oral and Written Communication Skills Monitoring and Evaluation Skills Negotiation Skills Research and Development Skills Skills in Networking and Linkaging Conflict Management Skills Adheres to Professional/Work Ethics Assertive and can work under pressure With Analytical and Creative Thinking Excellent Interpersonal Relations

• Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies or Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants;

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified

  photocopies of training certificates;

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings in the last rating period (if applicable); or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

  number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility.
