SALARY: SG-21 Php 67,005 (SSL 2024)

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Leads and performs documentation and research activities to capture, preserve, and convert TESDA institutional memory, field best practices, legislative history, and oral histories into reliable, accessible knowledge products and IEC materials that support policy formulation, planning, organizational learning, and public information. • Plans and coordinates documentation and research activities for assigned ILRO programs and projects. • Plans, conducts, and documents oral history interviews (prepare interview guides, obtain consent, record, transcribe, verify, and archive interviews) following ethical and archival standards • Documents field best practices through site visits, interviews, observation, data collection, and validation with field units and stakeholders • Prepares content and metadata for the TESDA Institutional Memory Portal and TESDA Coffee Table Book, ensuring standards for discoverability, accessibility, and preservation are met • Drafts briefs and presentations to support policy discussions, planning sessions, and knowledge-sharing events • Maintains an inventory/registry of documentation activities, holdings, and field visits; generates periodic status reports
