SALARY: SG-20 Php66,052.00 PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

(25%) Delivers competency-based training by: • Preparing training sessions, • Conducting pre-assessment of trainees, • Facilitating training sessions, • Conducting competency assessment, and • Reviewing delivery of training session. (15%) Observe safety precautions following occupational safety and health standards, • Conducts career counseling session, • Plans and organize work • Leading learning workplace communication • Solve training elated problems (15%) Develops competency-based learning materials/devices by enhancing the CBLM, creating and updating LMS contents/preparing slide presentations to continuously improve the quality of instruction; (10%) Conducts competency assessment by administering tests, quizzes, institutional assessment to trainees; (10%) Supervises the maintenance of training facilities by checking the actual activities against the approved maintenance plan to ensure their functionality at all times; (10%) Practices quality management by complying with established operating standards, policies and procedures at all times and standards within the institution; (10%) Utilizes ICT in facilitating learning by utilizing specialized communication skills; using audio visual and multi-media equipment; using personal computers in Education Technology; and (5%) Performs other related functions.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Master’s Degree Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II (NC II) Eligibility: Career Service Professional or any eligibility appropriate for a 2nd-level position

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably with National TVET Training Certificate (NTTC) • With Certificate in Trainers Methodology I • Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications • Good inter-personal relationships and work attitude • Good moral character and work ethics • Can work under pressure
