OFFICE: ENTERPRISE-BASED EDUCATION AND TRAINING OFFICE (EBETO), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-9 (PhP 24,329.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

10 % - Maintains and manages efficient records, filing, and documentation systems, both physical and electronic, in support of office operations and enterprise-based education and training initiatives; 10 % - Provides administrative and logistical support in the conduct of meetings, trainings, workshops, consultations, and other official activities related to workforce development and industry-partnered programs; 15 % - Assists in the preparation, processing, and monitoring of administrative and financial documents, including requests, disbursements, reports, and other supporting records necessary for office operations and program implementation; 15 % - Monitors and facilitates official communications, correspondence, and information management systems, and coordinates with concerned offices and stakeholders on matters related to office functions and program support activities; 15 % - Assists in the preparation, consolidation, and maintenance of administrative reports, procurement-related documents, inventory records, and other office management requirements; 10 % - Maintains monitoring and scheduling systems of meetings, official engagements, trainings, visits, and other activities involving internal and external stakeholders; 15 % - Assists in coordinating schedules, appointments, office logistics, supplies, equipment, and workplace support services to ensure efficient and continuous office operations in support of enterprise-based and workforce development programs; and 10 % - Performs other administrative and support functions as may be assigned.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Completion of 2 years of studies in college (prior to 2018), OR High School graduate with relevant vocational/trade course (prior to 2018), OR Completion of Grade 12/Senior High School under Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Track, OR Completion of Grade 10/Junior High School with relevant vocational/trade course (TESDA NC II) (starting 2018) Experience: 1 year of relevant experience Training: 4 hour of relevant training Eligibility: Relevant MC 11, s. 1996/Career Service (Sub-Professional)/First Level Eligibility

  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
