(30%) Delivers competency-based training by; • Preparing training session; • Conducting pre-assessment of trainees; • Facilitating training session; • Conducting competency assessment; • Reviewing delivery of training session; • Observing safety precautions; • Conducting career counseling session; • Communicating with individuals and groups ; • Planning and organizing work; • Leading learning workplace communications; and • Solving training related problems; ? (20%) Participates in community extension programs and other civic activities; ? (15%) Attends meetings, conferences and seminars as authorized by the School Administrator; ? Education : Bachelor’s Degree Experience : 1 year of relevant experience Training : 4 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II (NC II) Eligibility : Career Service Professional or any eligibility appropriate for 2nd level position
? With national TVET Training Certificate or Certificate in Trainers Methodology I ? Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing ? Working knowledge of MS Office Applications ? Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude ? Good moral character and work ethics ? Can work under pressure
