20 % - Facilitate the implementation of records management system from receiving, recording, transmitting and preserving of communications and other documents; 20 % - Maintains records, reports and other pertinent documents; 10 % - Acts as Assistant Head/Alternate Records Controller of the Records Sections, GSD-AS; 10 % - Facilitates/conducts learning and development intervention for records controllers/records custodian in the COROPO; 10 % - Number internal created documents and posts the same to the RMIS; 5 % - Consolidates data and other periodic reports; 5 % - Provides administrative support in the preparation of work and financial plans; 5 % - Responds to public interest; 5 % - Coordinates with different offices; and 5 % - Performs other related functions.
