OFFICE: TRAINER’S TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (TTDD), REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT OFFICE (ROMO), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-19 (PhP 59,153.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20 % - Train and lead the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation NTTA programs according to the training calendar; 20 % - Coordinates with TESDA offices, accredited centers, and partners for program delivery and participant management; 20 % - Prepares communication, reports, statistical summaries, and program performance analyses for NTTA and TESDA management; 20 % - Conducts training needs analysis, program assessment, and research to improve trainer development programs; 10 % - Develops and implements quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in line with TESDA policies; and 10 % - Perform other related functions.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the Job Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably a NTTC Holder with competencies in Trainer’s Methodology Level II • Preferably with 5 years of relevant experience in TVET • Planning Skills • Oral and Written Communication Skills • Monitoring and Evaluation Skills • Negotiation Skills • Research and Development Skills • Skills in Networking and Linkaging • Conflict Management Skills • Adheres to Professional/Work Ethics • Assertive and can work under pressure • With Analytical and Creative Thinking • Excellent Interpersonal Relations

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
