20 % - Direct the formulation of strategies, and policies, in consultation with TESDA relevant offices, related to the technical architecture and security of TESDA information systems, network, e-services, e-learning infrastructure, among others through the formulation of the Agency’s ICT Roadmap, the Information Systems Strategic Plan (ISSP) and the Medium-Term Information Technologies to support the strategic and operational objectives of the Agency in accordance with DICT guidelines. 20 % - Direct the formulation, implementation, and management of information systems, data governance-framework, information security protocols, and access controls to support the integration, interoperability, integrity, efficiency, quality and security of information ecosystem of the Agency. 20 % - Direct the coordination and provision of technical support to TESDA operating units in determining their respective information system requirements including but not limited to installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, updating and upgrading of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. 20 % - Direct the creation, enforcement, and maintenance of the Agency’s website and Single Source of Truth (SSOT) to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all information systems of the operating units. 5 % - Lead the development of a service continuity plan and the implementation of regular back up procedures. 5 % - Lead the identification, design, and conduct of ICT capacity building to TESDA officials and staff for a strong, capable, ethical, and motivated workforce. 5 % - Provide expert recommendation to all ICT-related Terms of References and similar documentation to ensure transparency and accuracy of ICT procurement activities. 5 % - Perform such other functions as may be delegated and authorized.
