SALARY: (SG-02) (PhP 15,522.00) PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

? (15%) - Adheres to school and local school system procedure and rules; ? (15%) - Takes charge of the fishpond operations; ? (10%) - Performs regular feedings; ? (10%) - Maintains fishpond as to its tools and equipment; ? (10%) - Demonstrates timeliness and attendance for assigned responsibilities; ? (10%) - Applies health and safety practices; ? (10%) - Maintains accurate, complete and appropriate records and files reports promptly; ? (10%) - Attends and participates in faculty meetings and other assigned meetings and activities in accordance to policies; and ? (10%) - Performs other related functions.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

EDUCATION : Elementary School graduate EXPERIENCE : Non-required TRAINING : Non-required ELIGIBILITY : Non-required (MC ll, s.96-Cat lll)

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

? Computer literate; ? Good communication and writing skills; ? Has the ability to manage time effectively; and ? With unimpaired integrity, both personal and professional.

? Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the

? Certified true copy of Transcript of Records/Diploma;
? Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
? List of References with complete name, email address and contact number/s:
• One (1) immediate superior;
• Three (3) peers;
• Three (3) subordinates, if any; and
• Three (3) clients (internal or external).
