20% - Conducts training in basic, common and core competencies in Center-Based and Community Based/Industry Based; 10% - Prepares session plan, progress/achievement charts, Learner’s Achievement Monitoring Report (LAMR), and trainee evaluation; 10% - Develops competency-based curriculum (CBC) and competency-based learning materials (CBLMs); 10% - Conducts studies and research on special phases of instruction to improve methods of instruction; 10% - Prepares and administers tests to evaluate instructions; 10% - Provides guidance and support to trainees; 10% - Conducts maintenance of tools and equipment and facilities used in the training program; 10% - Conducts competency assessment; and 10% - Performs other functions as may be required.
Education: Bachelor's Degree Relevant to the Job Experience: 1 Year Relevant Experience Training: 4 Hours of Relevant Training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility
• Preferably a holder of National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC) in either of these qualifications: Visual Graphics and IT related qualifications • With knowledge and experience in sofware development, programming and networking • Good in oral and written communication • Adept in MS Office and Google applications • Good inter-personal relationships and work attitude • Good moral character and work ethics • Can work under pressure

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings in the last rating period (if applicable); or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;
• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;
• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone
number, e-mail address):
- Superior/Supervisor
- Peer
- Subordinate (if applicable)
- Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);
• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility.
