15 % - Develops scholarship program policies, guidelines and operational strategies to ensure alignment with TESDA priorities and national skills development goals. 15 % - Provides technical support in the planning, allocation, and management of scholarship slots and resources to ensure equitable distribution and strategic targeting of priority sectors and regions. 15 % - Reviews, evaluates and endorses scholarship proposals, implementation plans, and other submissions from TESDA Regional/Provincial Offices and partner TVIs to ensure compliance with established guidelines. 15 % - Monitors program implementation and fund utilization, consolidates reports, and analyzes scholarships data to support policy formulation, planning, and decision-making. 15 % - Prepares and submits comprehensive reports, position papers, and policy recommendations on scholarship program performance, accomplishments, and issues. 15 % - Provides technical guidance and assistance to TESDA field offices, partner institutions, and stakeholders on scholarship-related policies, procedures, and implementation concerns. 15 % - Coordinates with other TESDA units, government agencies, industry groups, and other partners to strengthen scholarship program delivery and resolve operational issues. 15 % - Performs supervisory and other related functions, including the oversight if staff outputs, review of official communications, and participation in program assessments and evaluations.
