25% - Facilitates and conducts TVET trainings in the training center, partner agencies/offices, organizations, and communities; 20% - Prepares Competency-Based Learning Materials/Training Materials; prepares session plans and learning modules; 10% - Implements Quality Standards and Procedures; 10% - Provide support in the preparation of project proposals, research studies, and related documents; 10% - Prepares periodic reports in a timely manner related to the conduct of trainings and other technical operations; 10% - Participates in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the training center's performance in accordance with the approved indicators and measures; 10% - Promotes/advocates TESDA programs and services to stakeholders, community, industry, NGAs, LGUs and NGOs; and 5% - Performs other related functions.

National Certificate Holder; NTTA-National TVET Trainer's Certificate Holder of any qualification;

- Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2024 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2024 of January to June 2025 (if applicable) (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
- Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
- List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
- Superior
- Peers
- Subordinates (if applicable)
- Clients (if applicable)
- Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
- Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
- Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
- Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
- Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
