15% - Handles systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective EBET program registration and implementation; 15% - Provides technical assistance to enterprises in the preparation of training plans, documentary requirements for program registration, and the Availment of tax incentives: 10% - Conducts site visits and inspections of enterprises and TVIs as part of the program registration process and monitoring of program implementation; 10% - Processes applications for EBET program registration; 10% - Facilitates the conduct of capability-building programs for EBET trainers, assessors, implementers, and support integrators; 10% - Monitors and checks submission of reports of program implementers; 10% - Provides technical services to the provincial office beneficiaries/clientele; 5% - Consolidates data using existing and/or new monitoring tools and generates relevant periodic reports; 5% - Prepares internal and external communications; 5% -Coordinates with different offices on relevant E??? concerns, especially in handling grievances and labor violations; and 5% - Performs other related functions.
