20% Process the enrollment and registration of learners and beneficiaries for scholarship and other training programs offered by the Center in accordance to policies and audit requirements; 20% Conducts and delivers competency-based and blended learning program/s, including community-based training; 10% Prepares and updates competency-based curriculum, session plan/s, CBLMs, institutional assessment tools, training and maintenance plans according to Operational Procedures; 10% Prepares and executes budget/fund utilization, and budget monitoring/obligation to budget utilization rate; 10% Prepare reports and monitor programs; 10% Promote programs and services, and respond to inquiries; 10% Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders; and; 10% Performs other related functions.

• Preferably, a holder of Trainer's Methodology Level I National Certificate • Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing • Advance computer and digital literacy, especially in MS Office applications, and use of Internet and online applications • Monitoring and Evaluation Skills • Research and Development Skills • Skills in Networking and Linkaging • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications • Good interpersonal working relationship in a team environment • Conflict Management Skills • Adheres to professional work ethics • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision • Advance application of T2MIS and BSRS

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and
