THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

10% Conducts orientation/ briefing to applicant institution; 10% Checks, reviews and evaluates completeness, correctness and compliance of all Program registration application documents; 10% Review/Evaluate application documents for program registration as to completeness and accuracy based on operating procedures; 10% Conducts site inspection and submits inspection report; 10% Prepares recommendation and transmits the program registration application documents to the Regional Office; 10% Notifies enterprise to address / comply and submit lacking documents; 10% Issues and transmits the CTPR and the Program Registration Documents to Enterprise; 10% Prepares and submits District reports Prepares and submits District reports; 10% Update monitoring report on program registration through google sheets. Input information in the T2MIS; and 10% Conducts post-orientation to newly registered TVIs.

Education: Bachelor's Degree Relevant to the Job Experience: 1 Year Relevant Experience Training: 4 Hours of Relevant Training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Critical Thinking • Ability to Work under Minimal Supervision • Computer and Digital Literacy • Good Moral Character • Good Interpersonal Relationship • With experience in coordinating with enterprises • Familiarity in preparation of training plan • Preferably, with NC • Preferably with experience in UTPRAS / Program Registration

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified

  photocopies of training certificates;

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings in the last rating period (if applicable); or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

  number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility.
