25% Coordinates the programs and services of the District office; 10% Formulates, reviews and finalizes policy recommendations and guidelines relative to financial, personnel other administrative support services; 10% Recommends improvements to existing and/or introduces new system and procedures related to financial and administrative matters; 10% Monitors and evaluates programs and services implemented by the District Office; 15% Analyzes financial and administrative reports of the District Office; 10% Initiates measures to enhance the capabilities of the staff; 10% Establishes and maintains linkages with other government offices and non-government organizations in the delivery of financial and administrative services; and 10% Perform other related functions as maybe authorized.

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings in the last rating period (if applicable); or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;
• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;
• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone
number, e-mail address):

- Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);
• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility.
