10% Conducts orientation/ briefing to applicant institution; 10% Check completeness of documents submitted; 10% Review/Evaluate application documents for program registration as to completeness and accuracy based on operating procedures; 10% Verify authenticity of the submitted corporate documents (for all program registration application); 10% Gather Technical Experts' and Ocular Inspection team evaluation reports and analysis; 10% Conduct site inspection using the checklist provided in the program registration application and the corresponding forms/Prepare Inspection Report Recommendation to the District Director for review and approval; 10% Release the CTPR and Letter of Denial for the non-compliant application and the approved documents to the applicant Institution; 10% Update monitoring report on program registration through google sheets. Input information in the T2MIS; 10% Conducts post-orientation to newly registered TVIs; and 10% Perform other relevant functions.

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings in the last rating period (if applicable); or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) last rating period for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;
• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;
• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone
number, e-mail address):

- Subordinate (if applicable)
- Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);
• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility.
