POSITION: SENIOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

OFFICE: ENTERPRISE-BASED EDUCATION AND TRAINING (EBET) PROGRAM DIVISION, ENTERPRISE-BASED EDUCATION AND TRAINING OFFICE (EBETO), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-19 (56,390.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

5 % - Reviews and participates in the works of specialists within his/her supervision; 5 % - Conducts research and data-gathering on past and existing policies that may contribute to the improvement of the implementation of EBET; 5 % - Facilitates capability-building programs for the EBET focals, Industry TVET Boards and EBET Support Integrators, and EBET implementers; 5 % - Establishes and maintains the database of EBET; 5 % - Monitors the EBET implementation and submits monthly reports to the proper offices; 5 % - Participates in Inter-agency meetings on training and employment; 5 % - Conducts site visits and validation at the field offices and EBET implementers; 5 % - Designs and establishes monitoring and evaluation procedures for the implementation of EBET programs; 5 % - Conceptualizes systems, projects, and programs such as grievance mechanisms and inspection procedures for EBET stakeholders reported to be in violation of the labor code and other recognized arrangements; 5 % - Establishes/monitors partnerships with stakeholders on EBET implementation; 5 % - Conducts capacity- and capability-building programs for internal and external EBET stakeholders; 5 % - Develops project proposals, reports, and presentation materials; 5 % - Provides technical assistance to internal and external stakeholders; 5 % - Facilitates meetings and consultations 5 % - Prepares the OPCR targets and accomplishment report of the office relative to the assigned unit; 5 % - Prepares periodic reports; 5 % - Reviews and participates in the works of lower-level specialists; 5 % - Conducts research on EBET incentive schemes and programs; 5 % - Conduct of capability-building program for Focal Persons and partners; 3 % - Writes project proposals and reports, and presentation materials; and 2 % - Performs other functions that may be assigned.

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Must be physically fit with good moral character • Advance oral and written communication skills • Computer and digital literacy, especially in MS Office Applications • Adheres to professional work ethics • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision • Advance Analytical Skills • Good Interpersonal Working Relationship in a team environment

    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
